It’s been a quiet few months at calypsocollapso.com. I would like to say that the lack of updates has belied behind-the-scenes activity on developing new features and the long promised statistics updates. However, after having fully intended to get the averages and statistics up to date ‘over the winter’, it’s suddenly the end of May and the database remains woefully incomplete.
I could argue that winter never really finished I suppose and in fact the typical Bank Holiday weather has done for the match tomorrow with the first action of the season against Sultans being called off. A shame in some respects as I would have argued that we should have won the game by default, given the news from earlier in the week that Sultans could only gather five players. It would have been a great boost to start the season with a win!
I’ll go to Parliament Hill at around noon for some nets. Hope to see some others there too.
